The client embarked on a global digital transformation where the IT architecture initially needed to be replaced with a common set of components for each market. This capability could then be consolidated as an IT shared service with a near shore development centre.

CHALLENGE

  • Develop common architecture that would be operable across multiple markets and entities and which can integrate with multiple legacy solutions.
